Share them.: The whole purpose of monitoring your blood sugar is to ensure that you have good control. Make sure that your doctor is aware of the values. Many people check way too often when they are under very good control. People on Insulin need to check more frequently than people taking oral medication. Let your doctor know the blood sugars and asked how often they want to see results.

Show doctor: Show it to your doctor so that he can make adjustments as needed. It also helps him in calculating your Insulin doses if you're on two types of insulin.
