Occupational therapy: A consultation with an occupational therapist or home nursing agency can help review how the adult is doing with activities of daily living -- including getting dressed. They are good at working out the specific steps that need to be taken, and where the process is getting stuck. They can recommend tools or help tailored to the individual adult's strengths and needs.

Devices for Help: There are a slew of devices designed for helping those of us through our days. One way of seeing which products are best for you is to seek professional consultation with a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation and or an occupational therapist. They can assess your needs and get you on the right track.
