Does caring for a disabled person increase my heart disease risk?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stress: Not directly, though indirect results of such a stressful circumstance might result in gaining weight, eating less healthy, and becoming sedentary might lead to greater risk in the future. Acute coronary risk goes up when stress/anxiety levels are high.
