Tourette: If symptoms interfere with functioning, tx is by medications to suppress the tics, such as Haldol (haloperidol) & Orap (pimozide), alpha-adrenergic agonists such as Clonidine or guanfacine, Luvox for associated OCD symptoms if present, psychotherapy & behavior modification for teaching response training.
