If my childs dizziness gets better when he eats, is it syncope or hypoglycemia?

See below: More information about the symptoms would be helpful. If there is resolution of symptoms after eating, then possibly he feels light headed simply because he needs to eat. Syncope is the actual loss of consciousness . So, this is not syncope. You need to discuss with your doctor when the dizziness occurs.
