Neutral neck postion: If you sleep on your side usev two pollows keep your neck position neutral avoid extension get a massagemany like a warmed bucky pillow.

Agree w Dr. Weston.: If sleeping on back- puffy pillow can support neck ; head without too much of an angle on the neck. When sleeping on your side a thick pillow placed above shoulders can help to maintain your neck ; head in a neutral position. Sleeping on your abdomen is not particularly good for neck pain. Sleeping on your stomach usually requires you to have your head turned to the side for hours ; makes it.
