What's acute vs chronic back pain cause?

See below: No one really knows the answer for sure but i will give you my opinion. Acute back pain can often come from overstretched muscles and will usually calm down on its own. Muscles generally heal well. Back pain that becomes more chronic often suggests a problem with the deeper structures like discs, joints, ligaments (these connect bone to bone).
