Blackheads: Blackheads (open comedones) are bumps in the skin that occur on the parts of the body that can get acne, such as the head and face, the upper chest, upper back, and the genitals. A blackhead is just a skin pore plugged up by old skin cells. The firm plug (comedone) is closest to the surface, but behind it is softer material (skin cells plus some oils) which comes out long-shaped when squeezed.

?? black head: There are oil glands in the skin of the penis just like other areas of the skin. You can get blackheads and pimples in this area too. Sometimes because of the type of bacteria with the plugged skin oil, this can cause different colors. Wash and bath often, if skin issues continue see a doctor who can examine this skin. Maybe a dermatologist, urologist or family doctor.
