Depends: Most likely there is not much concern if the hpv dna test is negative. Slightly abnormal paps could be secondary to atrophy or mild inflammation.

Agree with DR. F: Do get follow-up PAP smears as advised by your doctor, though it not an issue to worry about. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine
