Alcohol oregnancy: Alcoholism is powerfully inherited disease and transmit in 75%. Also, atmosphere at home may to be nurturing for the mother. Long term alcohol use can reduce sperm quality severely. Kids from alcoholics can get schizophrenia, bipolar, severe anxiety, adhd, and I have seen kids with all those mentioned, from an alcoholic dad or mom. I have a patient whose 5 generations above her were all alcoholics.
