Adaptation/acceptanc: My favorite parts of emotional health are: ability to adapt to challenges. We all have our favorite ways of dealing with the challenges. Recognizing that something doesn't work and figuring out what might work (e.g. Taking a risk on that level) is a part of emotional health. Ability to accept that you might not be perfect, but good enough when it comes to certain things
