Yes and no: Scientists are working on growing new teeth from stem cells and this may be 10-20 years away. Teeth can be replace with dental implants and the crowns that go on top of the implants are often made via a cad/cam process now.

Absolutely: I know it sounds like science fiction, but knowledge and technology are progressing so fast, that these two options are definitely theoretically possible. More likely, however, are using your stem cells to grow new teeth for yourself, or transplanting a tooth bud " (developing wisdom tooth, for example) into an area of your mouth where a tooth is missing...This is already being done successfully.
