Yes: In theory after genetic analysis the embrios carying y cromosome can be selected for implantation.

PGS: Pgs allows genetic screening of each embryo, including the gender. Therefore, with pgs, you would know which of embryos are genetically normal and the sex of each embryo.Transferring normal embryos have improved the implantation and delivery rates.
