Yes. : Aspirin is associated with GI bleeding from ulcers and the ulcers may be painless(the aspirin's analgesic effects masks the ulcer pain...).

No danger: Aspirin is not for any major stress. Sure you can take one Aspirin a day which is cardio protective. But it can cause gastritis.
