Very little: Ourmetabolism is generally pretty consistent. Any day to day change is met with a counter balance force regularly. Think about ho wyou do month to month and year to year? Makes coutning calories kinda silly. Suggest balanced meals, smaller portions (for everyone!) and daily exercise. Do not forget sleep!
