Wellness, Anti Aging: In my opinion a company should create a wellness program in consultation with a physician who is knowledgeable about wellness, healthy lifestyle, and prevention. They should specifically seek out a physician with an Anti Aging or Preventive Medicine specialization. Wellness benefits: Though I am not a Medical Administrator, I suspect this has mainly to do with optimizing employee wellness, thus minimizing downtime and lost revenue from illness and chronic disease. I suggest asking the Human Resources department.
