Healthy eating: what are some practical measures one can take to minimize exposure to endocrine disruptors?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Be plant based: The most important way to remain healthy and decrease exposure of health concerns is eat organic, be plant based (that is 7-9 servings of veggies and fruits daily), eat lean protein such as fish, poultry, eat whole grains that you have to make. Avoid the processed food, avoid canned foods, eat fresh. Yes, its harder but definitely more healthier!
