Yes: Both uva and uvb rays can cause skin damage. Uvb is less strong and does not penetrate windows. You are protected from with using spf. Uva is much deeper, penetrates through windows and is given off by flourescent lighting like in offices, stores and hospitals. You need a physical barrier like zinc and titanium for protection. They are your best guard against skin cancer and wrinkles!
