Allergy shots: If by "best" you mean "cure" then allergy immunotherapy, either injections or possibly sublingual drops, are the answer. Medications, avoidance, and saline rinses only relieve symptoms. Immunotherapy changes the course of the disease; for many providing a cure, for some dramatic improvement. Immunotherapy is disease-altering. Everything else is stopgap.

Many treatments: You could treat with antihistamines or prescription nasal sprays...However, the "best remedy" is allergen immunotherapy (allergy shots), because allergy shots can cure the disease completely.
