Tachycardia: Wpw can be entirely asymptomatic. It is a problem with the electrical conduction in the heart. People can present with palpitations, rapid heart beat, fatigue, fainting, or shortness of breath as the heart is racing and not pumping effectively. Follow up with a cardiologist is essential.
