PPS: Not sure if you meant post-polio syndrome or paranoid personality do. Paranoid is suspicious, not trust others, guarded, isolative, withdrawn. Post-polio occurs several years after recovery from polio, & shows fatigue, muscle weakness & muscle pain. It is similar to chronic fatique syndrome, but the symptoms are progressive.
