HTN, FGR, oligo.: Placental infarction is a pathologically determined diagnosis that underlies a multitude of adverse perinatal outcomes such as fetal growth restriction, oligohydramnios, placental failure, preeclampsia/hypertension and placental abruption. It has symptoms of preeclampsia, small uterus and stillbirth.
