Chest pain ,dyspnea: The chest pain may be mild and be confused with gas gerd, or muscular. However coronary pain is usually progressively persistent.. Some sense of breathing difficulty including chest tightness can be seen and pts with obstructive lung disease may think they are experiencing worsening of their lung fxn.
