Some sense of breathing difficulty including chest tightness can be seen and pts with obstructive lung disease may think they are experiencing worsening of their lung fxn.

Chest pain: Substernal crushing persistent pain with fear, breathlessness, fainting, collapse. Proof is by ekg and troponins blood testing then choices of interventions or not.
