Call OB or L&D: For anything out of the ordinary, a pregnant woman should call her OB provider. Even if things are ok at the time of the call, if the symptoms persist or worsen, she should call again or go to labor and delivery (l&d) at a nearby hospital. Obs there are accustomed to evaluating and informing patients about what is happening and when someone should be treated or go home. But do tell your OB office.

Call Ob: Call your OB as they are the most familiar with the patient and they will let you know if they are concerned, . Also consider going to the er if you cannot get in touch, in case these are labor pains which may lead to premature delivery.
