Diarrhea..: Diarrhea, abdominal pain and fever. Sometimes nasuea and vomiting. Most of the time, the symptoms get better on their own.

Yersinia: Which yersinia are you referring to? ---> Y. pestis causes the plague - a very deadly and contagious disease. ---> Y. enterocolitica causes yersiniosis (diarrhea, abdominal pain +/- fever, stomach upset etc).
