You: You must be ready to quit. My favorite way to stop smoking is the baggie trick. Pretend you smoke one pack per day. Every morning you place 20 cigs in a bag and smoke them. Do this for a week. Next week place 19 cigs per day and smoke them. Continue to reduce the count by one each week. This weans you not only of the nicotine, but also the various habbits that you associate with smoking.

There is none.: The "best" motivation to quit smoking depends entirely on the individual. Some will be motivated by a desire to avoid having to leave a social situation in order to smoke. For others, it will be the desire to avoid lung cancer. The "reasons" to quit smoking are numerous, and i'm sure you've been told many of them. The "motivation", though, has to come from within.
