Hi: Welcome you need to see gynecologist for exam can be pelvic infection ie sexually transmitted disease can cause scarring of fallopian tubes or ovarian cyst pregnancy etc.

Infection vs. Endo: There could be many different causes: ovarian cyst, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, etc. You should see your doctor for an exam and cultures with possible pelvic ultrasound.
