Vague symptoms: Vague symptoms are best written down on a calendar (a symptom diary) to record the days symptoms occur, the times of day, how long they last, what they feel like, what made them go away, what foods/drinks were eaten that day, what meds were taken (and when), what other activities occurred on that day or around that time, etc... Then, one can take the diary to his primary care Dr. for evaluation.
