Yes: A hysteroscopic myomectomy is the best approach for submucosal fibroids < 3.5 cm located inside the cavity of the uterus. The robotic myomectomy is best for subserosal fibroids that are coming from the outer surface of the uterus. For fibroids deeply embedded in the wall of the uterus, robotic myomectomies are possible but more difficult so consider a hysterectomy if childbearing is complete.
