Yes: Mrsa infections from the bloodstream can secondarily infect the kidneys and lead to kidney abscesses and utis. A primary MRSA UTI or kidney infection would be very rare.

Possible: Most UTI are caused by other bactetria( gram negative), but it is not impossible for MRSA to cause urinary tract infection.
