Ask dad to help: If baby wants the real thing & knows its nearby s/he may not accept the bottle. Enlist the aid of another and get out of the room. Dad or an assistant is more likely to be successful if your not visible. Once baby has begun to accept the bottle & enjoy it, you may begin to use it yourself.
