Time to...: It is time to be seen if you are having persistent abdominal pain after a virus especially if it pain is getting worse. I see you have IBS which could be this condition acting up but without and exam and worsening of symptoms I am unable to give you a final answer through this platform. See your doctor or go to the nearest urgent care center or ED if pain is severe.
