Basically the same: Both are combined oral contraceptive pills. Not should help with complexion and neither should cause depression

Marvelon: Both of these will reduce acne and are less prone to cause depression. Desogestrel is not an androgenic progesterone whereas levonorgestrel is. Marvelon has 30mg estrogen which is better for acne but has slightly more risk of blood clots. Marcilon has 20mg estrogen so it is a little safer but less likely to reduce acne.
