Viral syndrome takes: ...time to resolve. Unfortunately, treatment for influenza (Tamiflu) only works if given within the 1st 2 days of symptoms; thereafter, it will not shorten or alleviate your symptoms (cough, malaise, aches & pains, nasal congestion, etc.) As you are at least 4 days out, the best u can do is stay hydrated, rest, & wait 10-14 days (7 days if u got the flu vaccines) for the symptoms to get better.
