What are you doing when these occur? Does it affect your eyesight? Do you ever fall/lose balance? Is there pain? Are you eating 3 regularly? Sometimes this is the source of peripheral vertigo. There is also something called a tension headache. It feels like a band or pressure, often in the forehead, on both sides.
