Follow up questions: Unfortunately there are too many questions and an exam I'd need to do to offer you a better answer, but things like are you on any meds and if so what? What are you doing when these occur? Does it affect your eyesight? Do you ever fall/lose balance? Is there pain? Are you eating 3 regularly? Please see your primary physician for more complete diagnosis.

2 possible answers: These may not be the answers, but they are common causes. The sensation of movement arises from part of the body called the vestibular system. It is located under each ear. Sometimes this is the source of peripheral vertigo. There is also something called a tension headache. It feels like a band or pressure, often in the forehead, on both sides.
