Nondiagnostic: Without inspecting the type of rash, no specific diagnosis can be made. The lymph nodes are most likely reacting to the rash itself. I recommend a consultation by your physician or dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime try antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or Claritin (loratadine) which doesn't cause drowsiness. Try to think of any new exposure to foods or other substances.
