When investigating peroneal subluxation via mri, should the scan (image view) be from the medial, or from the lateral side?

Lateral: An MRI of the foot would typically show the entire foot. The perineal tendons are on the lateral part of the foot, and so for the to be visualized the MRI slice would have to include the lateral aspect of the foot.
