Seek dental care asp: It would be important to seek an evaluation by a dentist asap. This could be a serious dental infection developing. You'd need antibiotic therapy and dental treatment. If that is ruled out a neurologist may be needed. I'd say another possibility is lymes disease depending what part of the country you're in
