It may be Allergy!: "Sinusitis" means inflammation of the upper airway. It can be caused by infection, irritation, and/or Allergy. It sounds like it affects you long time, that would be "chronic sinusitis." If you're a smoker, think about chronic irritation from the smoke. If your parents or your siblings have similar symptoms, or if your symptoms are episodic, I think you should think about Allergy!
