Unlikely: It's unlikely that you could be pregnant with those precautions. Take a pregancy test in 2 and 4 weeks to be sure. Resume your OCP as planned. In the future, if you forget your OCP, use a secondary method such as a condom for a few weeks. That is safer and easier on your body than using Plan B as a back up.
