HIIT: For now you need to work out less. That said, you need to discuss this carefully with the doctor who prescribed your meds.

Passing out: One of the reasons you have a problem working out is that you are on atenolol (A). It works by slowing your heart rate and if you exercise, your pulse may not be able to increase because of A. Ask your physician if you can stop the A safely. If you can, your problem with exercise may be resolved. Good luck.
