Vascular Disease: I can guess you are saying hypodense lesions in right brain stem and right cerebellar peduncle. Reader is suggesting MRI of Brain to further clarify. Many such lesions are due to vascular disease but there are other reason that is why you may need MRI. If you provide actual report could give you more specific answer.
