The localization and the pathway that you described correspond to sphenothalamic tract that moves pain and temperature to cerebral cortex of the opposite side. However, your MRI is stable and single episode is not an indicator on any type of neuralgia. I assume that your meningioma is under monitored observation (wait-and-see approach).
