Talk to your GYN MD: This is a difficult subject to answer as some MD's want to wait until the products of conception pass spontaneously, and others prefer immediate evacuation ( D& C) to avoid infection. So call your treating GYN MD and find discuss this topic and make a conjoined decision about how to proceed.
