Fibromyalgia-like: 31 yo female reports one year of fatigue, intestinal dysfunction, anxiety, sleeplessness, & back pain. A unifying diagnosis would be fibromyalgia (FM). British Rheumatologists have reported a marked relationship between Joint Hypermobility Syndrome & this symptom pattern, including fibromyalgia. See a Rheumatologist, followed by an Osteopath.
