Troublesome herpes: Herpes is often triggered by stress - so I would try to find out 'what' is causing you so much stress and reduce it. Otherwise you will continue to have outbreaks. Acyclovir works but you have to take it FIVE TIMES a day - hopefully your doctor told you that. You have to drink alot of water with it too. You should get checked for other medical issues too that might make your body weak. Hope ur OK.
