Good morning dr. i had a c-section 2012 and there were complications, im not sure what went wrong but i lost alot of blood. ever that day i have pains?

Possible scar tissue: Sorry to hear that you had complications with your c-section. Sometimes after abdominal surgery of any kind, scar tissue can develop inside the abdomen. - these are called adhesions, and can be a source of pain even yrs after surgery. It is unlikely to be an infection after 2 yrs, but I would see your Dr if the pain worsens or is accompanied by fever.
