Maybe cramps: Muscle cramps are often caused by dehydration and can be helped by drinking 16 to 32 ounces of water before lying down if you have the pain. Also swallowing 2 tablespoons of French's mustard will resolve muscle pain. If it is joint pain aspirin or ibuprofen or Naprosyn (naproxen) can be helpful along with heat. Hope this helps.

May be leg cramps: You might be experiencing leg cramps. Most of the time we do not find reason for the leg cramps, but it is associated with exertion, dehydration, electrolyte abnormalities, and thyroid abnormalities. So have these checked out. Meantime make sure keep well hydrated by taking enough fluid about 8 cups of fluid.
