CDC travel website: http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ is a very good and popular website for both doctors and travelers to learn about what vaccines and health precautions are needed when traveling to all parts of the world, and what especially to be careful about when traveling in your particular destination. Cdc, ISTM, ASTMH: Many sources are available to help you. Start at cdc.Gov/travel, then check state.Gov/travel for more information. While on the state department website register with step. Contact your local travel medicine professional to find out which of the cdc's recommendation actually apply to you; find one at istm.Org or astmh.Org. If you need a doctor while abroad imat.Org can help.
