Other replys welcome: Imho - personality disorders in themselves do not require medicine. They are simply descriptions of personality. It might be that some are likely to involve behaviors that cause problems bad enough to lead to emotional, behavior or thinking symptoms and those might be lessened or relieved by medicine. It would be the depression or anxiety or psychotic symptoms that are treated. Clear? I hope so.
